i loved the deluxe queen suite with the bedroom, the balcony, as for instance. the location was excellent and amazing, in the chania old town district and next to a port.

The bathroom was a bit small, I didn't like it.

When I am in Chania, I like staying here. Nice place with free parking, so don't hesitate to come here by car. The staff are knowledgeable and the location is marvellous to the most fantastically azure sea. All in all they offer excellent service.

the rooms were reasonably spacious and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. btw, it was overlooking the sea. the hotel had a magnificent location very close to chania town.

Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Chania. The room with lovely view of harbour. I had a warm welcome, helpful and pretty friendly stuff. The stunning location was next to Chania Town.

The view from the living room windows was amazing, you just can't beat that, seriously! Antonis, the manager, was like a life-saver, helping us with our bags and giving us great local recommendations.

It was a bit pricey for what we got, but honestly, the experience was still worth it.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially when Antonis helped carry our bags up all those stairs and the cozy vibe at the Taverna downstairs. The sun terrace offered a lovely space to unwind, with comfy loungers and beautiful views. Just keep in mind, the bathroom is a bit snug, but it didn't ruin my experience at all 😊

The location is perfect, right in the heart of everything, providing very nice views from the balcony. The hospitality was great, with the hotel manager being cute and approachable. The cleanliness was excellent, contributing to an overall pleasant atmosphere. Noise from nearby nightlife could occasionally disrupt the peace, and the overall experience might not suit those seeking absolute quiet during the evening. While the beach towels were an appreciated touch, more attention to minor details could enhance comfort for longer stays.

Erietta Suites offers fine views from the balcony. The beds are comfortable, and the attention from management is just heartwarming. A good experience waiting to be repeated!

We stayed in a Beautiful Suite with Balcony and Sea View for 5 nights. Antonis, the host, was very nice! He made our arrival smooth after a flight issue and treated us with great care. The suite was spacious, beautifully decorated, and the balcony overlooking the harbor was a highlight. The common interior patio was also good.

No major complaints.

We loved our spacious suite overlooking the harbor, perfect for our family, especially with our grandchild. The area around was lively, and we enjoyed visiting the charming old town nearby, where we discovered many local shops and delicious eateries.

My kids wished there were more bathroom facilities for our large family.

The spacious area felt comfortable, and we appreciated the local tavern downstairs where we met friendly neighbors. Each day began with fresh local products for light meals. Exploring nearby historical sites and beautiful beaches added great memories to our trip. We also found everything we needed within walking distance. One evening, I took a nice stroll along the harbor, soaking in the lively atmosphere of the old town, which reminded me of home in Italy.

The bathroom layout was not ideal for two people.

Tons of charm to admire while opening large windows to soak in the amazing views of the harbor. The location was fab, right on the water, and spotlessly clean, we even got beach towels! Antonis, the manager, was super helpful and always had great suggestions for local spots.
